Coaches Note: All coaches on the floor must have a valid professional membership with the USAG Gymnastics. All coaches must be wearing their USAG cards at all times and will be required to sign the coach’s sigh-in forms. This form will be returned to USAG Gymnastic for verification. NO EXCEPTIONS!

About Alex Summers Invitational: Alexis “Alex” Summers was killed in a car accident on 11-01-11. She was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and a bright, shining star during her time with us. She has a role model to many. Family and friends have developed a scholarship memorial fun in her honor. Her parents, Tammy and Brian Summers, choose a recipient each year to receive a portion of this fund to honor her. Although Alex has gone to heaven, she will remain in our hearts forever. Participating gymnasts wear matching leotards in Alex’s honor. Your participation and support in this meet will contribute to her fund. She is out “shining star” that will forever be remembered at Butler Gymnastics Club.
